This platform is operated by STERLEY DEAL, a legally registered business entity in the Republic of Haiti. The company is officially recognized by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and holds a valid Certificat de Patente issued by the General Directorate of Taxes.

1. Eligibility

To use Sterlley, you must:

Be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your country.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Use the platform for lawful purposes only.

We reserve the right to refuse access to any user at any time if we suspect misuse or violation of our policies.

2. Creating a Campaign

By creating a fundraising campaign on Sterlley, you agree to:

Provide truthful, clear, and accurate information.
Set a realistic fundraising goal.
Upload content (images, descriptions, videos) you have the right to use.
Regularly update donors on the campaign’s progress.
Use funds received only for the described purpose.

Fraudulent campaigns or misuse of funds will result in account termination and possible legal action.

3. Donations

Donations made through Sterlley are voluntary and non-refundable, unless clearly stated otherwise or legally required.
We are not responsible for how campaign owners use the funds, but we monitor activity and reserve the right to investigate.

4. Payments & Fees

Payments are securely processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, Paypal and MonCash.
Sterlley may charge a platform fee or transaction fee which will be clearly disclosed.
By using the platform, you agree to the terms of these external payment processors.

5. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you publish (campaign stories, images, updates, comments).

You agree:

Not to upload or share harmful, illegal, misleading, or hateful content.
That Sterlley may use your public content for promotion or educational purposes (e.g. to showcase success stories).
That violating these content rules may result in content removal or account suspension.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure.
All activities under your account.
Reporting any unauthorized use immediately.

Sterlley is not liable for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized account access.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Sterlley to:

Raise money for illegal or violent activities.
Promote hate, discrimination, or misinformation.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Exploit natural disasters, emergencies, or crises for personal gain.

We reserve the right to remove any campaign or account that violates these conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sterlley does not guarantee:

That every campaign will receive donations.
That every donor or fundraiser is genuine (though we vet and monitor for abuse).

We are not responsible for:

Campaign outcomes.
Delays in payouts from third-party processors.
Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time:

If you violate these Terms.
If we receive complaints or suspect fraudulent activity.
For inactivity or at our discretion with prior notice.

You can also request to close your account at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, text, and platform content are the property of Sterlley or its partners.
You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any part of the platform without written consent.

Sterlley may contain links to third-party websites or platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own discretion.

12. Changes to Terms

Sterlley reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the new Terms.
